Ayrshire Construction Corporation ("ACC") exists to strengthen the risk-adjusted returns of our investment platform.

We view construction not as a commodity, but as a critical lever for value creation, risk management, and innovation. Through in-house contracting capabilities and integrated delivery, we maintain greater control over cost, schedule, quality, and execution—particularly on complex multifamily and built-environment projects.

Our construction platform enables Ayrshire to challenge conventional materials, methods, and sequencing, and to deploy innovative building systems that improve certainty, capital efficiency, and durability of outcomes across cycles. One example of this is our vertically integrated light gauge steel manufacturing capabilities. By aligning construction expertise directly with investment decision-making, we reduce reliance on fragmented third-party delivery, improve underwriting confidence, and enhance downside protection for our partners.

External mandates are welcomed where there is strong strategic alignment, deep relationships, and shared long-term objectives. In select circumstances, Ayrshire will deploy capital alongside third-party clients, creating tighter alignment of interests and improved project outcomes. Outside of these aligned partnerships, our primary mandate remains the disciplined execution of Ayrshire-sponsored developments and operating assets—ensuring transparency, accountability, and enduring value creation.
