OUR PURPOSE

“Rental housing is more than an asset class and Ayrshire is more than an investment management business. We have a bigger purpose and are uniquely positioned to create great financial and societal outcomes. This means you can expect a strong financial return as an investor, while also knowing your capital is contributing to positive, lasting change. It’s an investment you can feel proud of—both for its performance and its impact.”

Featured Projects

01Brooklyn Block

Brooklyn Block will deliver over 300 units under an innovative 10-storey light gauge structural steel concept which provides construction costs savings relative to conventional concrete as well as less embodied carbon. The Housing Impact Fund will discount rents on affordable units by over 20% plus coordinate philanthropic donations to our non-profit partners head-leasing those units. This philanthropic component of our capital stack allows for rent discounts to exceed 50%. Our team is incredibly fortunate to be working with the Sinneave Foundation to plan and provide housing that addresses the specific needs of the neurodiverse community. Not only will this project incorporate deep rent affordability but also unique design guidelines specific to the neurodiverse community.
