Sustainability Impacts
Each project has specific needs, and through an initial Community Needs Analysis at our due diligence stage we are able to identify the areas in that we can support our goals, that are in line with the UN SDG’s. We are aware that we cannot achieve every goal with every building, but we can assess the priorities and areas of opportunities, and create alignment across the companies goals & outcomes.
Below are some of the environmental and construction sustainability considerations that are in alignment with our five (5) impact priorities.

Impact Goals
For each project within the fund, we will be targeting the following aspirational impact goals to address affordability, accessibility, and social outcomes.

Affordability
25% Minimum Of the units to be affordable
30% Rental rates below the median annual rental income
Social Equity
We prioritize Mental Health & Wellbeing, Diversity & Inclusion as fundamental aspects in crafting an environment where everyone feels embraced and at home.
Our commitment is to the community. We engage with community stakeholders and conduct a thorough community needs analysis to identify the specific requirements of each community, for each individual project. This information is then applied to our design considerations, ensuring that our units and buildings cater to diverse needs, such as creating neurodiverse-friendly living spaces, addressing the needs of women and children, supporting First Nations communities, and other individuals who may require support.
Adaptability
100% Of all Common Areas to be universally designed and/or accessible
20% Of individual units to be adaptable
